As a group we had already exhibited a number of times together

Knowing our own and each others strengths and weaknesses meant we could slip quickly into various roles and teams.

In a previous career I had been a team leader, facilitator and events organiser, all this contributed to my being a reliable member of the team.

We arranged a day of workshops and speakers on the theme of emerging as an artist after a post-graduate course, set up a programme for invigilating the show and assisted with running the Private View.

Attending meetings, contacting speakers, arranging funding, planning catering and drinks.
